About the Event
Join us as we help you build your mental strength and confidence, activate your body’s natural mood lifters, create camaraderie, and cheer you on towards your personal goals. CrossFit workouts also help with mindfulness and present-moment awareness. Classes are run by certified coaches that include a mix of strength training and cardio work. This type of fitness is literally for everyone, and although it can be intimidating to some, the hardest part is walking through the door for your first class!
