About the Event

Globally, one in five people suffer from a mental illness each year, and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety make up most of those cases. Physical activity and exercise are known to improve mood disorders. We use high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardio equipment, kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight movements in this class. Great for all levels! Our Sweat45 (45 minutes) classes (May 5th-May 9th) are free. Classes are mornings and afternoons, check our website for details.

About the Host

We aim to serve a broad clientele of people who are looking to improve in their health and fitness journey while being part of a community that enjoys having fun and working out together. Whether you are someone with years of experience in the gym, or someone who has never set foot in a gym before, you are welcome here.
